When can I check-in? What time is check out?
Your room is available for check-in from 3pm and check-out time is before 12 noon. If you are arriving early or would like a later checkout time please contact us (additional charges may apply).
Do you have family rooms?
Yes there are family rooms on offer. The rooms vary in size from small to large, and contain a double bed and a single bed with a further option of two camp beds.
Do you accept group bookings?
Yes, if you are reserving 5 or more rooms for your party please contact us at (096) 23600.
Does the hotel accommodate people with disabilities?
Yes a total of 6 rooms, including twin, double and king size rooms, have been converted to disabled rooms.
Does the hotel accept pets?
Only guide dogs are permitted in the hotel.
What is the cancellation policy?
