As a valued guest to our hotel during these uncertain times, we wanted to take a moment to reassure you of the steps we are taking to ensure your own personal safety and well being, and that of our staff in response to the Covid 19 outbreak.
We have always implemented best practice when it comes to hygiene throughout the hotel, and we have now increased our efforts as follows:
Hand Sanitising locations at all entry points
Each room will be cleaned with anti-bacterial products after checkout. As usual, all new linen, bedsheets, pillowcases, towels will be provided for you. Our accommodation team are fully trained and wear disposable gloves
We aim that every room will be dormant for 48 hours before your check-in, in any instance where this is not the case we will inform you
All crockery, cutlery and glassware are washed at high temperature, every time. Tables are cleaned with a sanitizing product
Public areas are cleansed using sanitiser and anti-bacterial products
We encourage contactless payments in all departments where possible
